New phone books landed on our front porch last night and as I lugged the 40 pounds of information inside, I noticed the magnets on the front. You know the ones-usually for cheap lawyers. As I already have my very own cheap legal help, it's unlikely that I'll need the help of anyone else's council (unless Mr. Devlin gets cheaper...I digress).
Going to my clutter-fronted fridge, I also noticed I had a few more of these large magnets from Thing 1's last school year. Seemed like a shame to throw away something that was simply outdated.....
And then it hit me--I have tons of pictures and not nearly enough frames so how about combining them with my newly acquired magnets.
Here's what you'll need:
pictures
magnets
spray adhesive
newspaper or paper towels
a well-ventilated area
scissors
5 minutes without small lungs nearby
Spray tops of magnets according to spray adhesive's directions. Attach pictures.
Trim edges for best fit after attaching to magnet to avoid headaches.
That's it. And since we live far far away from most of our family, this is a really easy way to surround ourselves with their pictures to keep memories fresh for the kids.

This is a great idea! I could never think of this on my own, and I throw those things out all of the time.Guess what I'm collecting at the fair??!!
